Goods Digital Passport helps stop criminals on their way, literally, by tracking products using blockchain technology. This innovative function creates an inseparable, verifiable, decentralized digital chain between the product and its origin. For example, if the Regent Street store designated its products as a “Digital Goods Passport” consisting of a unique QR code and a hash-binding with a binding to the coat, all these elements will be easily traced.
This means that if a criminal attempted to sell stolen goods, anyone willing to purchase this item could easily learn its origin with GDP and could view this information, and also know the actual owner through a unique QR code. The registration of items is simple and can save thousands of sellers, even millions of dollars a year. In addition, criminals are more likely to be restrained if they know that any given store uses this type of technology.
Problematic on Multiple Platforms
The counterfeit market is a worldwide, rapidly expanding, economically damaging, and dangerous
problem, which is in desperate need of a global solution. From luxury handbags to artwork,
second-hand products and other items often purchased online, it’s clear that anything can be
copied or forged. With 7% of global total goods counterfeit, and a whopping 50% of all art pieces sold
as fakes, the problem affects you far beyond the purchase, and into every facet of the sale.
Our Vision for the Future of Goods
The Goods Digital Passport is the start of an eco-system, which will not only look to have a significant impact on counterfeit goods, but will allow consumers to understand the products they purchase. Utilizing our suite of applications, consumers will not only be able to store their products using Goods Digital Passport, but also keep track of their collective value using an online wallet. It allows consumers to share their wallet, proving proof of ownership and verifying its value for insurance needs, which will help to speed up claims processes.
It will help generate vital footfall into brands’ stores by allowing post registration of products from verified outlets. We also plan on offering a white label function, so brands can incorporate our service directly and efficiently into their own direct-to-consumer paths. It will provide seamless insurance quotes, proof of ownership and accurate values, directly to insurance companies and comparison sites. Providing real time price and part exchange information while enabling people to sell their products directly onto the marketplace.
Once registered, manufacturers and their authorised agents can register products quickly and easily, via a secure Application Program Interface (API) or Webportal. An authorised goods producers/retailers can also register authorised agents to issue GDP’s on their behalf, either for new or existing products that have authenticated by the agent.
User Access Control
Manufacturers can register with the platform. Once the admin grants access to them after
verifying the KYC details, they can use the portal. Manufacturer can connect to other agents who buy products from the manufacturer and sell in market. Only manufacturer/admin authorised agents can access the platform. Consumers can register to the system or can be invited by manufacturer/agents while purchasing the product.
Product Registration
Only registered agents can register a new product on the GDP platform. Blockchain smart contract for the product will be created at this stage. This smart contract can hold multiple entities of the same product in batch level or item level. Once the GDP smart contract for the product is created it cannot be modified since it will be deployed on distributed blockchain.
Transfer of Ownership
When the owner of a product entity sells the product to another consumer, old owner can invite new owner to join the platform, and after successful registration of new owner, old owner can transfer the ownership to the new owner. After that, old owner can only see product information using QR code. New owner can update the template of what information of the product to allow on QR code linked webpage.
Insurance & Certification
Owner shares information of the product to insurance companies to prove ownership of the product as well as to prove that he owns product from genuine origin.
Verify on Public Blockchain Explorers
Since we are creating a separate smart contract for each product having multiple entities, we can also share link of standard ethereum network explorer like etherscan to verify the product origin, authenticity & ownership on decentralised blockchain network.

For this, we have developed a concept for the creation of a global ecosystem of healthy food in which all users who want to consume or buy products grown by ATF equipment will be united.
ATF devices provide an automatic growth of tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, lettuce, cannabis and many other plants. The ATF technique requires minimal customer involvement during in the process of vegetation and does not require any specific knowledge in the field of agronomy. A specially designed LED lamp not only saves electricity but is also capable of simulating a spectrum close to sunlight, which greatly speeds up the process of photosynthesis in plants. Thanks to the perfectly selected temperature regime for each crop, automatic irrigation with the addition of the necessary nutrient minerals and optimum moisture, the average crop yield of the ATF device is higher than the yield of greenhouse crops and crops grown outdoors. The solution recuperation system and pointwise dosing of the necessary nutrients allows to use all the fertilizers as intended, and the biofilter with bacteria constantly saturates the solution with beneficial bacteria, thus the system is self-sufficient, which allows to reduce the effect on the ecological component of the Earth to zero.

About the company
Historically, the company was formed in 2012 from a group of people with experience in various fields of activity, where each person is a specialist in his field. The team includes specialists from the areas of plant growing, agronomy, agrochemistry, programming, design, management, marketing, government and finance. This allowed us to create a strong team of like-minded people and to develop a unique product for 5 years of painstaking work.
Since 2012 we have been developing and experimenting with growing various crops based on hydroponics, aeroponics and drip irrigation. With our developments we took part in the innovative exhibition in Skolkovo and won the prize. In 2014 we received our first patent for a model for growing plants by hydroponics, in which the principle of rational use of the area of the premises was realized.
The focus of the company was the creation of automated industrial equipment for the cultivation of tomatoes and peppers. The first prototype was created, which had artificial lighting and auto watering. Its dimensions were large, but the number of seats was not. Then there was an idea to make the equipment compact for use at home. So there were first prototypes of ATF home equipment. In 2016 an expensive equipment was purchased to create our own large phyto laboratory in order to study the physiology of plants and improve the consumer qualities of the products. At this stage, the cultivation of strawberries, lettuce, arugula, basil and other greens has been specifically studied. In 2017 fully automated systems for growing crops were introduced and three additional applications for patents were filed, which are currently being registered. Specialists of the company regularly participate in thematic scientific and business conferences, conduct training courses. One of the successfully implemented projects is the creation of a business for mobile production of fresh, environmentally friendly micro-greenery in several cities.
To date, we have a pre-production version of ATF Home. In the third quarter of 2018, we plan to produce a fully finished model for sale. We plan to attract investors' funds within the framework of the ICO. After the ICO, which ends on July 31, 2013, the serial production of ATF Home is launched. Entering the US and Canada markets is planned before the end of 2018, parallel to the start of sales of equipment in Europe. The launch of the production of the industrial plant will begin after the tests, which we plan to complete before the end of 2018. ATF Industrial equipment is planned to be supplied all over the world, especially in areas with unfavorable climatic conditions.
